Team building exercises are ideal for giving everyone a chance to unwind and renew the bond with other members. You can plan the activities to be done outdoors, so that everyone can get a breath of fresh air and enjoy an entirely different setting as well. At the end of the event, you can expect each one of them to have a renewed mood for another gruelling day at work.
* Create the right workstation. If you are cooped up in an airy and bright office, no job will be that hard to tackle. But if a gloomy room is what greets you the moment you step into the building, then that could lower your motivation. So to avoid such sombre situations, provide staff with a place that is conducive for working. A great atmosphere can bring about increased productivity as well.
